By pairing a COROS watch directly to the Wahoo KICKR RUN treadmill, a runner will eliminate the need for a separate foot pod and be able to view pace, distance, elevation, and grade on the watch.

How fast does APEX 4 charge?

The APEX 4 charges from 0 to 100% in under 2 hours. You can also continue recording activities while the watch is charging if needed.

Does it support dual-frequency GPS and route uploads?

Yes, it supports dual-frequency GPS for superior accuracy in challenging environments. You can easily upload routes using GPX files or sync them directly from Strava, Komoot, and other popular platforms.

Is APEX 4 waterproof?

Yes. The APEX 4 is WR50 certified, making it suitable for swimming and resistant to water pressure up to 50 meters.

Does it offer training insights and recovery tracking?

Yes. APEX 4 provides a comprehensive suite of metrics including Training Status, Training Load, Base Fitness, HRV tracking, and Recovery Timer. It also tracks daily stress, sleep quality/phases, SpO2, and provides Race Prediction times.

Can I use it for strength workouts and other sports?

Absolutely. APEX 4 supports gym and strength activity modes in addition to specialized outdoor modes like trail running, cycling, climbing, and skiing.

Does it sync with third-party platforms and sensors?

Yes. It syncs with Strava, Apple Health, and Google Fit via the COROS app. It also supports Bluetooth and ANT+ external sensors, including heart rate monitors, foot pods, speed/cadence sensors, and power meters.

Does it support music, calls, or payments?

The APEX 4 does not have onboard music storage or NFC payments. However, it features a music player widget to control your phone's audio and includes a built-in speaker and microphone for hands-free calls and audio alerts.
